Can I add a message to the baby cake?

Yes. On the “recipe card” we provide a space for any message you would like to write to the recipient. If the cake is to be delivered directly and you would like us to complete a tag on your behalf please provide us with all the relevant details by sending us your message (along with the order specifications) thru the guestbook.

How will my order arrive?

Deliveries to major cities and municipalities throughout the Philippines are sent via a national courier company and will arrive securely packaged in a large cardboard box.  Deliveries to Naga City are hand-delivered (unboxed) by a private courier. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery will usually take two to three days from the time your payment is made. This excludes Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. We use a national courier company for our deliveries. Once your delivery is booked, we will email or text you the tracking number. This number will allow both of us to track the delivery of your parcel. If you have a specific date for delivery - please let us know.

Can I have my order delivered directly to the recipient?

Yes. Please inform us if you prefer it that way and send us the complete name and address of the recipient.

How are your product packaged?

Our diaper cakes, wreaths and baby bouquet are securely wrapped in tulle or cellophane and sealed with a larger bow and lots of ribbons and placed on a specially-made cardboard box. We have double strength cardboard boxes, which have been made to our specifications. This ensures that our products fit the boxes exactly, leaving no room for movement.  

Can you tailor make a product for me?

We can tailor make our product to suit your budget and requirements.  We have lots of requests for “twins” nappy cakes and diaper wreaths, special themes such as Pooh Bear or exquisite color combinations like orange and scarlet.  Our photo invitations are customized with your child’s photo and messages. Please talk to us what you prefer and we’ll do what you please.

What is the quality of the goods used for you products?

We use only top quality items for our products – we use Huggies or Pampers for the diaper cakes and wreaths, the feeding bottles and other baby items are made of reputable baby products manufacturers, and the clothing items are all of high quality. Teethers, pacifiers and toys are all CE marked and conform to safety standards. Weuse high quality photo papers for our photo invitations.
