HOW TO ORDER

1. Fill out the Quotation Request / Inquiry Form. We encourage you to ask all you wanted to know about the product specs, availability, freight charges, etc. (You will receive a confirmation letter from us, which includes the item’s price plus freight charge and the bank account / g-cash number where you can send your payment.)

2. Pay for your order (Full payment required, including the freight charge. We will not process orders with partial payment)

3. Completely fill-out the Order Form (which will be sent to you together with the confirmation letter thru e-mail or you may choose to use our online order form). Make sure to supply correct / complete information. We will not be liable for any mistake due to incorrect / incomplete information supplied by the client.
(Note: Fill-out the order form ONLY after you have sent your full payment. We cannot process orders without full payment. For bank transfers, you need to send a scanned/photocopied image of your deposit slip to us).

You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your package is on the way. We allow 2-5 business days to process your order.
