 RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Gift Nook is proud to offer a hassle-free return/exchange policy as part of our goal of 100% customer satisfaction. There are however a few rules that need to be followed:

GiftNook ensures that all DAKKI products we sell are of high-quality and free from manufacturing defects. Merchandise is inspected prior to shipment and we do not use packaging which has any defects or damage.

-We are not responsible for damage to product resulting from shipping and in no event shall we be required to accept a return of product found unacceptable as a result of damage resulting from shipping.

- Merchandise will be accepted for return within 5 days from date of receipt.

-No refunds will be made. Instead, a Credit Memo (CM) shall be issued by Gift Nook in favor of the customer for the purchase amount of returned product. This credit memo will be applied on the member's next purchase within 30 days from the date of return.

- Customer shall shoulder the shipping. Return/Exchange will be also be subject to a processing fee of 10% (of product amount) or P200, whichever is higher.

-Product must be returned with all original packaging, instructions, accessories, etc. to receive a complete refund or exchange.

LAYAWAY TERMS

A generous layaway policy is offered to our customers for products worth P2,000 and more. Layaways are based on a term of 30 days and will start when the down payment has been received.

Customers can choose from these 2 payment terms

25% deposit upon confirmation of transaction, with the balance to be paid out in 4 equal weekly installments

50% deposit upon confirmation of transaction, with the balance to be paid out in 2 15-day installments

Layaway accounts that exceed the scheduled term of 30 days will be charged afee of 5% at 30 plus one day, and for every 30 day period exceeding the Layaway term until the balance of payments made has been exhausted, atwhich time the Layaway account will be canceled.

Layaway items will be shipped when final payment is posted and confirmed by Gift Nook to be complete.
